I quickly cancel the membership and it said in my account I had 12 game credits which I can use to buy games. There is no email notification or any sort! I didn't realised until a year had passed and that amount to $6.99x12=$83.88. I bought a game for $5.99 in 2015 but did not realised by buying this game it will automatically sign me up for a Game Club membership that billed me every month for $6.99. I'm still not going to give them any more of my money. I've upped my rating to three stars for average. Apparently they are paying some attention to all the negative press they've been getting. It took a while but they came back with another email saying the game was no longer available so here's another coupon for a free game. I put in a ticket and received an email very quickly saying they couldn't get to my ticket right away but here's a coupon for a free game. Update 5/8/17 I ran into another game that is apparently no longer available. I'm satisfied with the outcome but still very disappointed by the length of time it took.
Apparently the game in question is no longer available so I received a coupon for another standard game. I paid good money for that game and if it's no longer available to me I want another one or my money back. My question is can I get a credit for a game that IS available? No one answers.

I recently tried to install it again, it's on my purchased games list, and it doesn't appear to be available anymore, fine. I had no response to that ticket and have no other option to contact anyone apparently. I've had a support ticket open since 10/11.
